RA for Drop Ship Item
I'm trying to think of a work around for issuing RA's for drop ship items. We want to use the RA process for tracking the item back to the original vendor but when we receive and then refund the item it goes back into our physical inventory. We then do an inventory adjustment. I was hoping that there might be some trick where we don't have to do the inventory adjustment. Any ideas would be appreciated.
