Best practice for entering large sales orders

Hi,

I hope somebody can help me with this.... We are a wholesale company, buying and selling DVD's. We have about 4000 different items in our warehouse. A regular sales order contains +50 different items, and we have approx. 40-50 sales orders per day. We have been using Netsuite for 2½ year now.

Problem is, that the system is very, very slow once you get above 30 line items per sales order. An order with 100 different line items takes about 45 min. to enter into Netsuite and correct the numbers per item, prices, discounts, etc.-  which is far too long time. Here is what we have done so fare:
