Modifying transactions during closed periods
Hi,
We're trying to create a custom transaction body field that can be modified after the Accounting Period that transaction is posted to has been closed.
I've toyed around with using User Notes (which doesn't get locked down for closed accounting periods) but it doesn't really suit our needs - visibility on transaction screen, easy searching, etc.
Is there a way to make a transaction field that is still mutable after the containing period is closed? We don't want to give all of our sales ops the ability to modify transactions after a periods closing date.
cheers,
Tim
