We've been using Netsuite for several years with about 40,000 sales transactions per year and those are really starting to add up. Some screens take a long time to load and have a lot of old data dragging around. For example if we have to "Search" the details of an item record or do an inventory adjustment on an item.

I know we can mark customers and other records "inactive" but shouldn't there be a way to really archive (delete) old data to keep the system response healthy and perhaps reduce our exposure of handling personal information that we really don't need anymore?
