Faxing Statements - on Ver. 2007.0
I have been unable to fax statements (using eFax) as an attachment when performing Bulk Mail Merge since we have been upgraded to ver. 2007.0. Has anyone else experienced this problem and has found a solution? Net Suite indicates it has been successful, but it is not successful through eFax. It is not an eFax issue because this has worked for the last 2 years doing the exact same process as indicated below.
I have been going Under Bulk Merge, select Customer as the type of recipient, then you can select a dynamic group (based on a saved customer search) to send to customers that match certain criteria. On the Attachments tab, you can select to include statements, and set the statement content/format options.
