v2007 - COGS account shows no department
Hi,
We use multiple departments to be able to generate different financial/accounting reports for each departments separately.
Since version 2007.0.x, whenever we create a bill credit for some items, looking at the GL Impact shows no department for the Cost of sales adjustment lines (COGS account and Product Inventory account). The other accounts will show the correct department associated with the transaction.
I've spent a couple of hours with two different NetSuite reps. One of them didn't have a clue so she transfered me to another rep who told me that this is the expected behavior and that we could open an enhancement request if we want.
