Allow Sales Person role to View/Edit all orders in NetSuite?

Sometimes our sales people will cover for each other (i.e. during a vacation).  However, it appears that in the Sales Person role, a user can only view/edit Sales Orders for customers they are assigned to.  They cannot access other Sales Orders for customers assigned to other sales people. 

I cannot figure out a way to customize the Sales Person role to allow access to all Sales Orders in NetSuite.  Anyone have a suggestion?
