HELP !?!? Script alert

I just processed (billed) some of todays orders (all credit card orders) and got this message:
"Script Alert: Please enter value(s) for: Size, Choose Fruit, Choose Fruits, Purse Color, Frame Type, Party Favor Sizes"

These are selections that don't even apply to the particular orders.  All the orders got the same Script Alert message.

One thing I changed today was activating PayPal.  I just de-activated it but still got the Script Alert.
