Any Easy way to prepare Custom Lists ?

Hi

I have one question here, related to E commerce.
I been creating matrix items for long time, i am preparing Custom Lists for Size/Color options on an Item.

The problem is , i been preparing very bery long Custom Lists , some times i been entering 2000 entries in a list, this is all i am doing it manually.

is there any way to import the size/color options to the Custom Lists automatically ?.

Or is there any other way to do it easier than what i am doing now ?.
