Merging more than 10 customers at a time?

We have thousands of duplicate customers.

When I go to Merge Duplicate Customers, it limits me to only 10 groups processed (merged) at a time.

This makes it impossible to merge - takes too much time.

We currently have 2300 groups to be merged, 2 - 5 customers per group...

What to do?
