how to bcc an Estimate

Occasionally we need to send a copy of an estimate to a bcc email address in addition to the lead's email address.

Anyone know how this can be done?

We know as a work-around we can save the estimate twice, each time with a different email address.  We also know that you can enter mutliple email addresses separated by semi-colons, but we need at least one of the email addresses to be bcc.
