Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Printing Cheques
I have a couple of questions and I was wondering if anyone from Netsuite would be able to help me. We currently print cheques directly out of NetSuite onto paper - we were promised that at some point we would be able to customise the remittence that gets printed on the top of our cheques. Ideally we would like a smart remittance that we can put some information on for when we send out the cheques to our Suppliers.
Since the last update we are now able to customise the actual position of the text on the cheques themselves, but not the layout on the top of the cheques. Worse than that, the layout of the cheques themselves seems to have moved up by about an inch which now means that the top part of the text gets printed onto the logo from our letterhead! Could someone please let me know if this is something that is on the way, if I'm just being dumb or if it's a bug? I'll give the settings we currently print our cheques
