cant create new item
I cant create any new items in the "Accounting > Lists > Items > New" - every type of item (inventory, discount, non-inventory, description, etc) results in an error message "Notice : There is already an item with that name.
. Go back, change the name and resubmit. "
The occurs with any name, even random characters, regardless of whether the name exists or doesnt already exist.
anyone experiencing the same problem?
this basically means we cant make any effective use of Netsuite at this point and support has simply said it will be looked at within the next 5 days which seems to be a ridiculously long time for a system critical issue.
