Promo codes suggestion

Hello

Wouldn't it be nice if within Promotion Codes there was functionality to offer at "flat rate per item"

eg. $1 per item - customer orders 20 items, $20 off. 100 items, $100 off!

While we're at it, how about an audience tab as well. Promo codes available to certain group(s) would be very handy too.
