Proper way to close out a PO showing items remaining
We were sloppy with receiving POs back in the day. We have done inventory adjustments, etc to bring the inventory levels current, but some POs show outstanding items to be received even though they are fulfilled.
So, my question is what is the best way to close these POs out? Should I receive all the remaining, then enter an inventory adjustment to bring the count inline with the actual count we have?
Should I just click the magic, yellow "Close" button?
