Need help with discounts, or if I should even USE them
I usually hang out over in GeekLand talking script, web services, etc.
I wandered across the tracks to ask for some accounting/transaction/bookkeeping opinions, guidance, etc.
Quick intro to those of you that don't know me or have never seen this brief before:
Very, VERY small, family business (3 people). I wear many hats (Production, IT, NetSuite admin, Programmer, Firmware Engineer, etc, etc), the President is very busy growing the business and getting us through some *interesting* times and the Admin/Receptionist is handling billing and customer relations.
We don't have an accountant. The President has the basics down, but is too busy to work with me on NetSuite related issues. The situation is not perfect, but for now it is the way it is.
