Getting Internal ID#s
So I have a list of ~100 Sales Order #s. I am trying to update some info on these SOs. I have Transactions --> Sales Orders selected when I do the CSV Import. Despite this, Order # does not identify with the Sales Order #. I keep getting errors because its says the 5 digit # I am providing is matching multiple records.
So, question is: is there a way in the import to designate it to search for JUST the SO# match? If not, is there an easy way to get a list of the corresponding Internal IDs for the SOs I am looking for? I know how to get the Internal IDs one at a time, but I can't figure out how to get them any faster. They are random SOs, and I can't do a simple report to pull them. Any ideas!? Thanks in advance.
