Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

1099's: e-filing and merging data
Hi All-
1. Does anyone have experience with software (3rd party) that we can use to import 1099 data and file electronically with the IRS? Would we then be able to run a saved search to export data out of Netsuite to the software? I did a google search and found some products, but am not sure about any of them.
2. We also need to create 1 1099 report for each contractor, but the contractor was paid during first part of the year from our old accounting system (not Netsuite). So we need to merge this data or YTD with payments from Netsuite made after July 1. What’s the best way to do this now? Netsuite told us we have to do a write check/bill pay for the YTD amount by vendor, but this would be a very time consuming process. Again, is there any software that would help us do this (and then e-file)?
