Customizing order/fulfillment confirmation emails
I would like to request your help if you've voted for enhancement #94013, "Ability to customize the system generated email notifications for Sales Orders, Fulfillments and Invoices."
Not many votes for this feature included details, and the few that did are for very different enhancements. I've tried contacting users who've voted on it but have received very little response.
The fact is, NetSuite already has a lot of functionality for customizing transaction emails (see below) so we need more details on what customers want, and to split 94013 into multiple, specific enhancements so it isn't an ever-growing bucket of ambiguous requests we can't address.
