charging % for credit card transaction fees

our credit card fees increased greatly last year, up to 6% (correction via edit- should be 4.3%). It seems fees have increased for charges made to corporate cards, rewards cards, and foreign cards.

We'd like to start charging a percentage fee on all credit card transactions.

How can we do so within Netsuite?
