Converting Non-Inventory Matrix Items to Inventory Matrix Items
Defect 167261
A Non-Inventory Matrix Item that has been converted to an Inventory Matrix Item is buggy and can not be added to a sales order. When any of the children are added to the sales order, immediately a warning pops saying it can not be added because the inventory has not been distributed. Well since this was a Non-Inventory item, it has no inventory to distribute and the items do not even appear on the Distribute Inventory screen. Netsuite has duplicated this on their dummy account and logged this as a defect.
Soon it will be a year since Netsuite release the Non-Inv. to Inv. conversion functionality and it still doesn't work. Has anyone successfully converted Non-Inventory MATRIX to Inventory Matrix Items.
