Difference Between 'Current Ending Balance' and Reconciled Balance
I'm having the following problem with a credit card account.
I have just reconciled the card up to the end of July 09. The balance reconciled was (608.58).
We have since not used the card and all previous transaction from the beginning of using Netsuite are reconciled.
When I drilldown on the account, it says the balance is (598.58) - a difference of 10.00.
To reiterate, there are no transactions after the reconciled statement at 31/7/09 and there are no outstanding unreconciled transactions. I have checked very carefully. In fact, I have manually checked every 10.00 transaction in the history of the account to make sure it is reconciled.
