Automated Currency Rate Updates missing
Hi,
We are seeing days where the automated currency rate update doesn't work. This means we have transactions booked at the incorrect (old) rate.
Just looking back since Dec. '09 there have been 5 days that failed :eek:
We verified that these weren't bank holidays and OANDA showed that the rate changed.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a way to create a saved search or other process to monitor that these rates are updated each day. Other than manually checking before entering orders, we seem to be faced with inaccurate data being in the system via the "Automatic Update" feature not being reliable.
