Disable Price Level and Amount

Hi All - I am helping a company implement NS. One of their requirements is to absolutely lock in pricing on Sales Orders. The pricing for items has been defined on the customer records so that when a sales rep starts a new transaction it brings that information in for the items. What I cannot figure out how to do is prevent the sales rep from being able to change the drop down for price level and the amount box. I would just remove those boxes but the sales reps need that information to relay to customers what their pricing
