Suppress shipping field for SaaS sales orders?
Hi,
We bill customers periodically for software as a service (SaaS). Here's how: we email a custom sales order form to customers. Then we bill (as a cash sale) in 24 hours (but don't email that). From the customer's perspective, the sales order is the bill.
Customers who have selected a preferred shipping method see a shipping line with a $0 amount on their bill. This looks amateurish because we're just billing them for software - so of course the shipping is $0.
Is there any way to completely suppress the display of the shipping field on custom sales orders?
Thanks,
Dave
