Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Defect: On saving sales order, page refreshes and doesnt save
Has anyone else come across this problem. When entering a sales order and saving it, occassionally the order wont save. Instead the page refreshes and starts a sales order from blank. No order is added to the system.
This problem started late last week.
