Line Item Custom Discounts and Quote Formatting
Hi There,
Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to have a line item listed with a Discount in an Opportunity or Quote where the discount is originally typed as a dynamic dollar figure however displayed in the quote as the Base Amount, Dollar Figure Discount Applied per item, and the percentage that represents in relation to the base amount?
For example, lets say I have an item with a base price of $98.00. My Sales guy may sell 1500 of these items to a customer and as such he decides to discount the base price from $98 to $55 dollars. What we would like to see in the quote is:
