Threshold on Customer sales? - Brainstorming -
Have you ever tried putting a limitation on customers' sales? Yes, we want to do that for the amount of financial aid available (commitment) to each customer, by group of service items (housing, medicare, scholarship,...) to a maximum of say, $10,000 per anniversary year. How do we account for anniversary yr (one yr from last commitment of same service item) ? on the customer record? or Away from the record, A Saved Search, a suitelet? What route would you suggest?
Thanks.
