Alert User Based on Customer Status Before Saving Sales Order
I'm trying to find a way to create a custom alert (standard browser pop up) before our office manager saves a sales order for customers with a particular status.
For example: if a customer has status "credit/invoice" then alert the NS user before saving a new sales order.
The pop up could happen as an item is added to the sales order too like with credit holds and low inventory alerts.
This seems like an existing functionality but I can't seem to find a workable solution in NetSuite.
Has anyone create an alert like this before or a custom alert that triggers before saving a sales order of any kind that could shed some light?
