Posting "Fulfill By Amazon" fees to GL best practices

edited Aug 5, 2015 3:50AM in Accounting / ERP 3 comments

We just started having Amazon fulfill orders for us on a select group of products.  Besides their normal 15% commission they also take fees are:
1) $/per LB.
2) $/item
3) $/order

So if you pay $.20/lb, $.50/item and $1.00/order and the item they purchase is 2 LBs, you would (in addition to normal 15%) pay $.40+$.50+$1.00

I would like to be able to calculate the profitability to each order we receive.  Is there a way to track these charges back to the Sales Order/Cash Sale?
