Serialized inventory transactions + Child items
I'm having a bit of trouble understanding the concept of child items within Net Suite, primarily for the purpose of fully deleting them. Our inventory is setup under accounting to be have each item linked to a serial number to create a transaction. I made some test items within the production environment but have been unable to remove them.
The issue is it still says child items are attached to the accounting item despite the quantities and serial numbers being removed through the transactions tab. Where else would child items be stored for transaction/accounting purposes for serialized items?
