Transaction Communications (emails)
Right now on every transaction that has an email communication, there is a link all the way to the right to remove it from the transaction. Anyone know how to restrict access to the remove link? Ideally only administrators can remove communication, but right now it appears that anyone can.

I've searched through help and through the forums and can't seem to find anything.
