User unable to raise cases

A user is unable to save a case she is raising, getting the below message.

"An unexpected error has occured. Please click here to notify support and provide contact information."

She has same access profile as many others who are able to save their new case.

Any ideas how to deal with this? Can i refresh her settings/log-in, as an administartor?
