Bill Credits and Negative Inventory
We are noticing that when we process a bill credit that there is a negative impact on the quantity on hand and value of the item. These are for Drop Ship scenarios. Our workflow is:
Sales Order > Cash Sale > Return Authorization > Item Receipt (uncheck 'Restock') > Cash Refund
Sales Order > Purchase Order > Vendor Bill > Bill Credit
Any help would be appreciated
