Reopening a cancelled order?
Does anyone know how to "uncancel" or reopen a sales order that has been cancelled? We have a web order that got accidentally cancelled and can't get a hold of the customer to get their charge info to rebuild it as a new order.
It doesn't work as straight forward as reopening a closed order - where you can go into the line items and open them back up individually, reopening the order. We tried this - but when you save, the new setting on the line item doesn't stick and it reverts to "closed".
