Blanket Purchase Order from Customers!
Anyone else doing blanket purchase orders in which the customer places an order for a year and fulfill this in x times.
We need a solution for handling and managing this without screwing up our KPI's (sales, pipeline etc.)
We receive an order from our customer for the complete year or a large number of items
At that moment we need to create a Sales Agreement with the customer (in or outside of Netsuite)
Now a problem occurs, we do not have an actual order from the customer!
So we create a master sales order in the system and create a new one for each release the customer makes (this is far from ideal because of the manual input)
