Close multiple quotations

Hi all,

I am not sure this is the right forum. I apologize if it's not.

My question: how can I close multiple (hundreds) of old quotations?

Sales people in my (new) company did not take the time close "lost" quotations and they grew over time. As the new admin, I need to start outing some order in old transactions and I need to close all open-lost old quotations.

Can anyone help?
