Invoice Doesn't Reduce Inventory

So I'm not sure if I've caught a bug or if something is happening to make this invoice strange, but here's my situation. We've got an invoice that was created as a standalone (not billed from an SO or anything). So it should be taking inventory out. It's not. I pulled the GL impact of the invoice and only shows credits to sales and the usual tax and AR lines. If I remove an item from this invoice and put it back on, it'll make the correct deductions to inventory and such. Any ideas why this one is so special
