Customizing Transaction Numbers
I am looking to make it so NetSuite uses the same base set of numbers when creating different transactions. For example
Tracking Number
Start from a Opportunity 01234
Converted into Quote Q-01234
Converted into Sales Order SO-01234
Start from Quote
Next available number Q-01235
Convert to Sales Order SO-01235
Sales Order Only
Next available number SO-01236
If anyone has any idea of how to go about this please point me in the correct direction. I am sure there is some scripting that can be done to do this, or at least I hope so. :h_a_w:
