Changing Unit of Measure

in Accounting / ERP

When we setup our NetSuite account, we went with the smallest denominator, inch, for Length. Now after about a year, we want to change to yards. Is there an easy way to convert the unit type on the record to the updated bases? I want to stay away from adding new items, and redoing all of our item records this affects.
