Revenue Reclassification Issues
Ever since the new release in August 2012, we have been wrestling with problems with deferred revenue on our balance sheet. Our sales orders contain different deferred revenue accounts on the individual line items and we were kind of caught by surprise by the new revenue reclassification procedure. Because we didn't fully understand it, we just began using one of the deferred revenue accounts on the main line of the sales order for the field, "deferred revenue reclassification account". Because the system now began pulling all the revenue reclassification from the main line account, it caused our other deferred revenue
