Accessing files attached in the Item receipt

in Accounting / ERP

I want to write a script on Item Receipt, which will validate if there is any attachment associated with the Item Receipt while saving it. Also I need to validate if user is uploading an attachment to the Item Receipt record while creating it.
I was trying to do this using userevent but was not able to find a way to access files/attachments for an item receipt record type.

Need your Assistance.
