Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Conditional Alternate Item Name for Inventory Items
I'd like to hear any thoughts/suggestions anyone may have for what I'm trying to accomplish. In some cases, but not all, I want to display a different part number from the Item Name/Number of an inventory item on customer facing forms (quotes, sales orders and invoices).
I know the Display Name/Code field is designed for this but NS uses this value 100% of the time for every customer and every transaction. I need to apply this to only some customers and only for some items. I may need to use the alternate name for customer A but not customer B (this is why the Display Name won't work). Some customers may have a few dozen items this would apply to and another customer may have a hundred but not necessarily the same dozen the other customer needs.
