Sales Orders Can Only Ship To The Customer's Default Shipping Country
Our company is going through an implementation of Netsuite, and we have encountered a major issue that professional services has been unable to provide a workaround for:
We have customers who are based in the USA and Canada, including a subset of customers who are based in the USA and have shipping addresses in Canada and vice-versa. We have found that if one of these customers has a default shipping address in Canada, then NONE of their US addresses can be selected on a sales order. And if a customer has a default shipping address in the US, then none of their Canadian addresses can be selected. We have been unable to find any workable solution to this.
