Contract Renewals - Return Authorization
I'm getting an error when I try to do a Return Authorization on a Sales Order with Contract Renewals implications.
Here is the issue.
So I sell a Sales Order for 1 item with a total amount of $10,000. The SO is billed in full and paid off as well.
SO is also for 12 months.
6 months into the contract, the client wants to return the order. So we create an RMA. However, BUT the client is only eligible for a $1,000 refund.
For this, I want to try to custom price the list rate, but I can't because I get an error that reads "The item has a different List Rate compared to other similar Contract Items under this Contract."
