Saved Search Help - Find Duplicate Invoices and Cash Sales

We recently moved up to Netsuite.  We had a large number of open invoices from our previous system, that were created in Netsuite.  It seems like our users have in many cases ignored the open invoices when creating payments, fulfillments etc.  As a result we seem to have quite a few cash sales and invoices, in the same amount, for the same customer.

I have not been able to figure out how to generate a saved search to identify these cases, as we'd like to monitor this on an ongoing basis as well. 

Any ideas?
