Tracked Time is being approved immediately

I have my employees tracking time in Netsuite which i want to approve.

However, when my employees enter a time transaction using Track Time the transaction is immediately approved without me doing anything.

I have enabled Employees in the Enable Featured bit.
I have checked the "Require Approvals on Time Records" box in Set up Accounting
I am the supervisor for all Employees

Can anyone explain why this is happening??
