Produce hardcopy timesheet
We have a need to produce hardcopy jobsheets that need to be signed off by the customer when an engineeer has visited them.
Ultimately we would like this to be done via the customer centre but until we can work out the business rules and implications of this we need to produce job sheets.
One method i have thought of is to make a custom 'print job sheet' form for tasks that only includes relevant information about the customer and the task and perhaps has a custom field of inline-HTML to display a box for signature and date etc.
However this method seems crude to me and I'm sure this must be a fairly common requirement for service companies.
