non standrd compensation models

in SuitePeople US Payroll

ok, s o we use what is effectively a non standrd compensation model that results in a fluctuating monthly salary amount.

the employees are still techinncally exempt employees and receive benefits.

the compensation is calculated as a percentage of the gross monthly consulting billings attributable to that individual.

short of doing a total hack and creating an hourly conversion model that will have to be maintained outside the accounting system I cannot figure out how to do this in netsuite...

note i am using the "advanced" payroll.....
