"Ghost" Employee Time Record
We use Perquest for payroll processing. Today I went in to run payroll for Friday and I have one employee showing up as working 120 hours as opposed to the correct number of 80.
I went in and looked at the employee record to view the past 2 weeks and it shows 80 hours total all days equaling 8/Regular Hourly.
When I spoke with the employee she said that she did indeed encounter an error when she entered one of the weeks where it doubled all 5 days...
The first line of our time record equals the payroll item of regular hourly
The second line equals the payroll item of PTO...If any
